They are nice apartments. My only complaint would be that the toilets gets clogged a lot. I think that might just be apartment living though (with so much water going through these apartments). You can easily hear a conversation from inside when walking by someones apartment outside but I never hear my neighbors from inside (above or next to us) so that tells me that the walls are insulated well and are thick enough. I really like that because I am always afraid that my boys might be too loud. The playground is a great place for the kids. It is very open with lots of space. I, as a parent, really appreciates all that the staff does to make things fun for the kids (like the candy on Fridays and Easter egg hunt). I just really like living here.

Most tenants are polite and considerate. Children and pets are, too!

Ive lived here for 2 years now. Im sad to be moving out. But the staff at monarch meadows has made it an amazing few years! grounds are clean and very well maintained.

The groundskeepers do a great job, I feel safe walking my dog alone, the apartments are spacious, the office ladies are always friendly and very willing to work with you if you're in a jam, neighbors are friendly, everything is clean, generally pretty quiet considering the cute kids and dogs that live there, great location, good price.

For the most part it's quiet. My children enjoy playing in the area provided. I appreciate the safe area for kids very much. Many of the neighbors conduct themselves very nicely. I love the grounds and how beautiful the property is. I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub during the summer.

Love the location, love the management, spacious enough for my husband and i and the balconies are bigger than most apartments i've seen!

The apartment is great, utilities are very low mgt is great to work with.

Lived here 3 years. Best place I've ever lived. Grounds are kept very clean. Great, friendly neighbors. Animals picked up after. Snow cleared immediately. Friendly helpful staff.

We will renew our lease when it is time, very happy with staff and grounds, we have a neighbor with kids that are very loud, slamming doors ect, glad we dont live below them. Other than that, all neighbors are pleasant and respectfull.
